NOTICE ABOUT DOXO WEB PAYMENTS Doxo.com is a website and mobile app that processes utility payments. DOXO is not affiliated with or recommended by the City of Ferris.  DOXO payments are not real time payments, they will take three or four days or longer to post to your account.  There are also associated fees that will subtract from the payment amount you make.  The City of Ferris only endorses US Payments via phone or The City of Ferris online payment system. If paying in person, payments can be made at our office located at 100 Town Plaza, Ferris, TX 75125 or you may leave your payment at our drop box outside of office hours (NO CASH).
